Hi there Im richard ohl and id like to keep up to date on herbal nutrition. In return I will keep you all up to date as well. I am an independent herbalife distributor. Im learning as much as I can about herbal nutrition. Ive lost about 18 lbs this past 10 months. However I am not trying to lose that much. My wife lost about 34 lbs in the same amount of time. Im mainly taking the products for better health and decided to become a distributor as well. Learning alot about health and nutrition and about have a homebased business. Need all the help I can get.
